Ingredients used in PALA ARISELU
• Rice - 1-1/2 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Soak rice and strain water and dry it in a cloth towel and blend into a fine rice powder.
  • Take a bowl and add rice flour, salt, grated jaggery, cardamom powder and mix nicely.
  • Add little milk, mix it, later add sesame seeds and mix nicely.
  • Apply ghee to hands and take small dumpling and press it into small flat round.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pala ariselu into golden brown in colour, transfer into paper towel.

Now pala ariselu is ready to serve.
