Ingredients used in Paan kabab
• Almond - 15 grams.
• Pistachios - 15 grams.
• Cardamom powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hung curds - 3 tablespoons.
• Chicken breast - 2 pieces.
• Beetle leafs (paan) - 4 numbers.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Chat masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • First, take chicken breast and cut them into paan shape.
  • Marinate the chicken: take some hung curd add salt, garam masala powder, cardamom powder, pistachios and almond (soak into the water and remove the skin) add green chilly, lime juice, chat masala, mix it well, add ghee and mix it.
  • Take this marination and put it on the chicken breast on the both sides and put the paan leaf also and rest for 1 hour.
  • Put the paan leaves on the grill let it cook for 60 to 170 degree for 10-12 minutes for both sides.
