Ingredients used in Onion Potato Salli
• Potatoes - 200 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (sliced) - 1 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1+1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
Cut potatoes into juliennes and fry them in the hot oil till crispy and golden in colour. Then transfer them to bowl, sprinkle some salt, chili powder and mix it. Heat pan, add onion slices, even add butter, sugar and pinch of salt, cook for some time. To it, even add crush pepper, chili powder, turmeric powder, mix well. Add fried potatoes to the caramalised onion mixture, switch off the flame andtoss it. At last, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
