Ingredients used in Oats Melting Moments
• Oats - 3 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 150 grams.
• Egg - half number.
• Sugar powder - 75 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Almond essence - 3 drops.
• Cherry - 10 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, powder sugar and mix it at creamy consistency.
  • Add Whisked half egg in small quantities to the above bowl and mix it well.
  • Then add almond essence, all purpose flour, mix this like a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough in to roundels, coat them with Oats and arrange the cookies in to the baking tray.
  • Cut the cherries into halves and put it on top of the cookies by pressing it little.
  • Bake them at 180degrees centigrde for 15 minutes.
