Oats Masala Paratha Recipe, How To Make Oats Masala Paratha Recipe

Paratha, a stuffed Indian Bread which is so delicious and generally served as main dishes in most of the Indian Restaurants.

Oats Masala Parathas makes an ideal choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Its prepared with spicy mixture of oats stuffed in the wheat flour dough. This is definitely a delicacy, when served as it is or with any pickle.

Ingredients used in Oats Masala paratha
• Wheat flour - 2 cups.
• Oats - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves - 1 spring.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander powder - half tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - to taste.
• Dry mango powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil or butter - to fry.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, mix with water make into soft dough let it rest for 15min.
  • In another bowl add Oats, chilli powder, turmuric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder (amchur), chopped curry leaves, chpped coriander leaves, salt, mix well by adding little by little water and make into small ball.
  • Now take the small portion of dough, stuff the Oats balls, seal and roll into paratha.
  • Heat griddle or tawa and cook stuffed paratha fromboth the sides using butter or oil .

Serve hot with curd and pickle.

we cants see whether it is paneer or oats prantha both r same in plate bcoz it is only one prantha showed in 2 videos named oats/paneer prantha chef making fun....lazy man
