OATS AND MUSHROOM DHOKLA

Ingredients used in OATS AND MUSHROOM DHOKLA
• Oats (coarse powder) - 1 cup.
• Semolina - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Garlic (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 piece.
• Sesame seeds (roasted) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mushroom (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 number.
• Yogurt - 2 tablespoon.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Fruit salt - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
Method:
  1. Take a bowl, add oats, semolina, green chillies, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, mushroom,salt, lemon juice, yogurt, water and mix nicely.
  2. Add oil and mix it, later add fruit salt, mix it immediately transfer into oil greased tray.
  3. Place it in a steamer and steam it for 10-15minutes check it with toothpick.
  4. Allow it rest and demould and cut into pieces.

Now oats and mushroom dhokla is ready to serve.
