Nuvvula Laddu recipe or Nuvvula Unda is an easy to make sweet recipe using sesame seeds and jaggery(gud). This is very tasty and simple to prepare. In this laddu sesame seeds contain calcium and jaggery contains iron. Beside being tasty, it also helps arthritis people.

Ingredients used in NUVVULA LADDU
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Sesame seeds - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Cut jaggery into small pieces and melt it with some water in a aluminium vessel.
  • After it melts completely strain it and again boil it for few minutes.
  • Let it boil till it becomes thick and gets one string consistency.
  • In the meanwhile dry roast sesame seeds on a slow flame and keep it aside.
  • Now mix the sesame seeds in the jaggery.
  • Mix thoroughly and take out in a plate.
  • Dip your hand in water and start making ladoo’s.
  • Prepare all the ladoo’s in the same way and enjoy them for a long period of time.
