Ingredients used in NOODLES SOUP
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Msg - 2 pinch.
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Zucchini - 1/2 cup.
• Chinese cabbage - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onions - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, corn flour, water to make a chapati dough. Heat oil in pan and add ginger, onions, little salt and saute it. Add mushrooms, soya sauce, vinegar, MSG, black pepper powder and saute it. Add water to boil it and then take the dough to roll it using a rolling pin like chapati. Dust some flour and fold into one third Cut the dough into small pieces and open to make the flat noodles. Add noodles into boiling soup and cook it for 2 minutes. Check for seasoning and take into serving bowl. Now top it with zucchini, chinese cabbage, spring onions and serve it.
