NOODLES PAKORAS

Ingredients used in NOODLES PAKORAS
• Cabbage ( juliennes) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot ( juliennes) - 1/2 cup.
• Green bell pepper ( juliennes) - 1/2 cup.
• Onion ( juliennes) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Noodles (boiled) - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Chick pea flour - 2 cups.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Pestle coriander and cumin seeds in a dinchik to a coarse powder and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add juliennes of cabbage, carrot, green bell pepper, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Now, add boiled noodles, and mix well.
  • Then add chopped coriander leaves, chick pea flour and mix thoroughly (If require use water to prepare it like onion pakora batter).
  • Heat oil in a pan then drop in the pakoras using hand and deep fry to golden brown in colour and transfer it into paper towel.

Now the hot pakoras are ready to serve hot.
