Ingredients used in Mutton Pickle
• Mutton - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 5 numbers.
• Red chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 3-4 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tamarind juice - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • In a pressure cooker add mutton, little salt, water and cook for 3 whistle until it is tender.
  • Take a mixie jar, add boiled mutton garlic and blend into coarsely.
  • In a pan, dry roast red chillies, curry leaves, coriander seeds and transfer into a plate. Once it cool transfer into mixie jar to make powder.
  • In the same pan, add oil, mustard seeds, onion, coarse mutton mixture and saute it. After 3-4 minutes add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  • After 1 minute add above blended powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, tamarind juice and mix nicely, cook for 2-3 minutes. switch off the flame.

Now check for seasoning and serve it with rice roti or pulka.
