Ingredients used in Mutton Fry Mutton Podi
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Boneless mutton - 1 lbs.
• Cilantro - 1/2 bunch.
• Fresh methi - 1 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a pressure cooker add mutton, onions, oil and put for around 3 to 4 whistles until the mutton is well cooked.
  • Now remove the mutton and onions and put it in blender, add salt, ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and make it into a paste.
  • Take a pan and add oil, some methi leaves and fry it.
  • Now add mutton mixture fry it nicely until the color changes into dark brown on a medium flame.

At this time add the freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
