Ingredients used in Mutton Curry
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Red chillies - 8 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic flower - 1 number.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Potatoes - 4 numbers.
• Peanuts seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Boiled egg - 4 numbers.
• Tomato - 4 numbers.
• Vinegar - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
Method:
Grind the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garlic with vinegar. Chop the oinon. Take out the potato skin and cut it into 4 pieces. Take out the skin from the eggs and cut into 4 pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry it.Add spices, mutton and tomato to it. Fry it. When oil comes out of mutton add warm water to it. After mutton is cooked, add potatoes and peanut seeds. When cooked add the boiled eggs and remove from flame.
