Ingredients used in Mutton chops
• Mutton chops - 1/2 kg.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chili powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Boil the mutton for 2 whistles in a cooker by adding turmeric and little salt with little water and close the cooker.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste to cook for 5 minutes till the raw flovour is gone add red chillipowder.
  • Check the salt in between now add oil to and reduce the flame cook till it is golden colour
  • Now add the pepperpowder to cook for another 5minutes switch off the flame .

Severe hot.
