Ingredients used in Mutton -65
• Lamb meat - 2 lbs.
• White onions - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies (thai peppers) - 2 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 3 tablespoons.
• Cumin - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper corn - 1 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek seeds/ methi - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take tender lamb meat, cut into bite size chunks.
  • In a pan add oil, onions and saute until the onions turn transparent.
  • Add meat, turmeric powder, salt to taste , mix it well.
  • Now let it cook three quarters with the lid on.
  • Meanwhile, toast the whole spices slightly and grind to fine powder, once meat is cooked to that point, add chilli powder, ground spices and mix well.

Serve hot as a side dish with dal chawal or as an appetizer.
