MUSHROOMS PEAS AND SPRING ONIONS

Ingredients used in MUSHROOMS PEAS AND SPRING ONIONS
• Mushrooms - 1 BIG cup.
• Peas - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onion white (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cashewnut paste - 4-5 teaspoons.
• Tomato purees - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilly - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped onion - 1/2 cup.
• Black cumin (shahi jeera) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Spring onion green(chopped) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • In a hot pan heat, some oil add some black cumin, chopped onions, some salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, tomato puree cook it for some time add cashew nut paste, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder add some water, add mushrooms let them cook it for some time.
  • Add green peas, cut green chillies, add cream (optional) if you want to skip the cream also fine.
  • Let it boil for 2 minutes, add garam masala powder, spring onions, and switch off the flame.
