MUSHROOM GALOUTI KEBAB

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM GALOUTI KEBAB
• Mushrooms - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 6 teaspoons.
• Chopped onions - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala powder - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch.
• Chopped paneer - 1/4 cup.
• Chopped potatoes - 1/2 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer - 1/2 cup.
• Bengal gram flour - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Firstly boil the mushrooms in water.
  • In a hot pan add oil, chopped onions, salt, and saute it.
  • Now add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw flavor disappears.
  • Now add boiled mushrooms, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chopped paneer and saute it.
  • Now switch off the flame and add par boiled chopped potatoes and saute it nicely.
  • Blend this into a paste and take into a plate.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding bengal gram flour into it.
  • Oil your hands and make small balls or kebab’s with that mixture.
  • Heat the pan by adding oil to it and place the kebabs in pan to fry them and cook both the sides.
  • Once they are cooked plate it them and serve hot with mint chutney.
