MUSHROOM BURGER

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM BURGER
• Butter - (3-4) cube.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Milk - 1 tea spoon.
• Mushrooms(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soya granules - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Horse gram(optional) - 1/2 cup.
• Burger bread - 1 numbers.
• Tomato slices - 1/4 cup.
• Cucumber slices - 1/4 cup.
• Jalapenos(chopped) - 5-6 pieces.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, all-purpose flour and saute it.
  • Then add onion to it and slight cook it.
  • To it, add milk, mushrooms, boiled soya granules, salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs, soaked horse gram and saute it to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer into a plate and make 2 patties once it is cooled down.
  • Cut burger bread into 2 halves and slightly heat in thesame pan with little butter, grill the burger slices and transfer to a plate.
  • Place burger bread and arrange pattie, tomato slices, cucumber slices, jalapenos, onion slices, tomato ketchup.
  • Cover it with another burger slice.

Now mushroom burger is ready to serve.
