Ingredients used in Murgh Malai OR PANEER MALAI TIKKA
• Green chilly finely chopped - 1 teaspoons.
• Grated cheese - 2 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger- garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - ¾ teaspoons.
• Fresh cream - 1 cup.
• Chicken boneless/ paneer - 250 grams.
• Chopped green coriander strands - 1 teaspoons.
• Vinegar - ½ cup.
Method:
bull;Cut chicken or Paneer in to 1x1x1 inch size cube. bull;Add ginger garlic paste and Vinegar to chicken Cubes. bull;Marinate it for 5-10 min. bull;Add remaining all the ingredients to the marinade. bull;Transfer the Marinade to the nonstick pan. bull;Cook on high flame till the masala is well coated to chicken or Paneer pieces bull;Cook till the masala slightly separates the ghee.
