Ingredients used in Munagaku Chicken
• Drum stick leaves puree - 2 cups.
• Oil - as required.
• Whole garam masala - 2 number.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies - 3 number.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Crushed pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala, chopped onions and saute it.
  • Nowadd salt, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, chicken, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilies, drumstick leaves puree and cook it by stirring occasionally.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, crushed pepper and cook it for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Delicious Munagaku Chicken is now ready to serve.
