MUMBAI STYLE TOMATO TAWA PULAO

Ingredients used in MUMBAI STYLE TOMATO TAWA PULAO
• Tomato (chopped) - (2-3) numbers.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Green capsicum (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Sprouts - 1/4 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon.
• Kasuri methi (crushed) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Butter - (1-2) tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Green peas - 1/4 cup.
• Paneer (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Cooked rice - 1 cup.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a kadai chopped garlic, ginger and saute it.
  • Add green chilies, green capsicum, sprouts, onions, a little salt, chopped mint leaves, kasuri methi, chopped tomato and saute it.
  • To it add red chilly powder, pav bhaji masala and saute it, later cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • To it add green peas, paneer, cooked rice and mix and cook for 1 minute.
  • Switch off the flame, add chopped coriander leaves and mix nicely.

Now Mumbai style tomato tawa pulao is ready to serve.
