Ingredients used in MULTIGRAIN PORRIDGE
• Moong dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Whole red gram dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Barley - 1 tablespoons.
• Puffed rice - 1 tablespoons.
• Oats - 1 tablespoons.
• Ragi-millet flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Jaggery - 2 tablespoons.
• Milk - 2 cup.
• Water - 2 cup.
Method:

1. Take a pan and add moong dal, whole red gram, barley and dry roast it on slow flame. 2. Then transfer it into a blender and add puffed rice, oats, ragi flour and blend it coarsely. 3. Take a pan and add 2 tbs blended powder, 1 cup water and mix thoroughly without any lumps. 4. Now boil it by adding 1 cup of water and cook it for 2 to 3 mins. 5. When the mixture thickens then add salt, jaggery and mix thoroughly. 6. Then add Milk and cook for 2 mins. 7. Now the multigrain porridge is ready to serve.
