MULANGI AKKU KHEERA DOSAKAYA PAKODA

Ingredients used in MULANGI AKKU KHEERA DOSAKAYA PAKODA
• Mulangi akku - 1 bunch.
• Kheera dosakai- cucumber(grated) - 1 number.
• Chick pea flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Rice flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chilly - 6 numbers.
• Ginger(crush) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chat masala - 1 tablespoon.
Method:

1. Cut the mulangi akku into pieces. 2. Take a bowl and add mulangi akku, kheera dosakaya, salt, chick pea flour, rice flour, green chilly pieces, red chilly powder, ginger crush and mix thoroughly. 3. Heat oil in pan and drop in the pakoda’s using hand and deep fry them. 4. When they turn golden brown colour take them on paper towel. 5. Now the hot and crispy pakoda are ready to serve.
