Ingredients used in MULAKKADALA MASALA ( DRUMSTICK MASALA)
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion - 1 no.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste, - 1 tea spoon.
• Cardamom - 2 no.
• Cloves - 2 no.
• Chana dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Drumsticks - 4 no.
• Tomato - 2 no.
• Popy seeds - 2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Tamarind( marble size) - 0.
• Coriander leaves - 1 0.
• Cinnamon - small.
Method:
  • Cut drum stiks and keep aside fry chana dal,urad dal andcumin seeds in oil and grind all the ingredients along with onion and coriander leaves
  • Then put small cooker n pour some oil and let some mustard seeds to splutter,add curry leaves,then add the paste to it fry for 5 minutesuntil the raw smell goes.
  • Then add tomato and fry for a minute then add drumstick pieces adjust the water quatity and put for about two whistles.
