MOONG DAL KA BHAJIYA

Ingredients used in MOONG DAL KA BHAJIYA
• Moong dal - 1 cup.
• Pepper(crushed) - 10-15 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Asafoetida/hing - 1 pinch.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Oil - to fry.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
Method:
  • Soak the moong dal for 2 hours and remove the water and blend it into a smooth paste.
  • Take a bowl and add moong dal paste, pepper, salt, asafoetida, red chili powder and mix thoroughly.
  • Add cooking soda, oil, coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat oil in a pan, drop it like small balls (bhajiya) using hand and deep fry them.

Now the hot and crispy Moong dal ka bhaajiya is ready to serve.
