Ingredients used in Corn Rava Dosa
• Corn meal - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies ( chopped ) - 2 numbers.
• Ginger ( chopped ) - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• All-purpose flour ( maida ) - 1/2 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Onions ( chopped ) - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take corn meal in a bowl, add cumin seeds, hing, green chillies, ginger, rice flour, maida flour, water, salt and mix well.
  • Heat a pan and pour one ladleful of batter, first to form a outer circle and then fill in the centre.
  • Now sprinkle chopped onions on the top of dosa, drizzle some oil along the sides and cook it in medium for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Fold the dosa into half and serve it hot with chutney of your choice.
