Ingredients used in Mirchi Gosht
• Salt - to taste.
• Mutton - 1 lbs.
• Green chillies - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - to fry.
• Turmeric - optional - 1 pinch.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Blend green chillies and coriander leaves and keep aside.
  • Marinate mutton with a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of blended mixture and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Pressure cook the mutton before and. (skip this step if using chicken)
  • Shallow fry the mutton after pressure cooking in a pan.
  • Pour rest of the blended sauce and cook on low flame till oil separates.
  • Check the salt and adjust.
  • Put a dash of pure desi ghee on top before removing from flame.

Ready to serve with stream white rice or chapati.
