METHI PANEER CORN PULAO

Ingredients used in METHI PANEER CORN PULAO
• Cinnamon - 2 sticks.
• Cloves - 4 numbers.
• Cardamom - 4 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Mint - 1 bunch.
• Coriander - 1 bunch.
• Sliced onions - 1 cup.
• Methi leaves - 1 cup.
• Corn - 1 cup.
• Paneer - 1 cup.
• Basmathi rice - 3 cups.
• Turmaric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mace - 1 number.
• Peppercorns - 10 numbers.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a big thick bottom vessel add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, mace, peppercorns and saute it.
  • In this add onion slices, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, add paneer, corn, methi leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, add some more salt add rice ( soaked for at least 15 minutes in water).
  • Add hot water, butter, mix it, cook on a high heat till the first boil and then let it simmer till the rice is done.

Serve it.
