Ingredients used in Methi Aloo Poha
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Potato(chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Flattened rice - 1 cup.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, green chillies and saute it.
  • To it add fenugreek leaves, potato, salt, curry leaves, turmeric powder and saute it, later cook it.
  • Soak flattened rice in water for 1 minute and squeeze water and add it to above pan and mix it.
  • To it add salt, lime juice and mix nicely.
  • At last add coriander leaves and mix nicely.

Now methi aloo poha is ready to serve.
