Ingredients used in MASHED POTATOES
• Potato - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 1 tablespoon.
• Cream - 2 tablespoons.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Boil and remove the peel of potato and grated it.
  • Heat pan and add grated potato, little salt, butter, milk and cook it on slow flame.
  • Add cream, white pepper powder, nutmeg and mix nicely then switch off the flame.

Now mashed potato is ready to serve.
