Ingredients used in MASALA TEA
• Dry ginger powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tea powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add ginger powder, cardamom powder, tea powder and keep this masala mixture aside.
  • Take a pan and add water, milk and boil it, then add sugar.
  • When sugar is dissolved add masala mixture, nutmeg and boil it.
  • Strain the masala tea it into a cup.

Now the Masala tea is ready to serve hot.

Hi, I live in USA, here we have so many options of milk, but what kind of milk should we use? Half & Half, low fat, full milk, etc. I have seen other deshi people using condense milk too. So the milk part is confusing...what kind to use. Thanks.?
