Since so many years i have been trying to make dosa's but i couldnot make it. But thanks to u chef now i can make it. I was really very happy to see the dosa coming out perfect. thanks a lot chef.

we followed your directions, and used a black and decker griddle. we put the temp at 400 degrees and the same consistency as yours. when we put it on the griddle and started to do the round motions, it started to stick to the dish and clump. next we
