MASALA ATTA PAPAD

Ingredients used in MASALA ATTA PAPAD
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Carom seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, chickpea flour, carom seeds, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chili paste, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mix nicely.
  • To it add water and make the slightly hard dough, add little oil and knead it.
  • Divide dough into small portion and dust some flour and roll into thin round papad.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry papad, transfer into paper towel.

Now masala atta papad is ready to serve.
