MALAI METHI SUBJI

Ingredients used in MALAI METHI SUBJI
• Oil - to fry.
• Cauliflower - 150 grams.
• Mushroom - 150 grams.
• Potato - 150 grams.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Green chilies - 3 number.
• Cream - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • Firstly heat oil in a pan, add cauliflower florets, mushroom pieces, half cooked potato pieces and cook till they are soft and transfer into a plate.
  • In the same pan add chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato pieces, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook for 4-5 minutes by adding some water.
  • Now add green chilli slices, Fenugreek leaves and cook for few minutes.
  • Finally, Add cream to fried vegetables and transfer them into a pan, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
