Ingredients used in Macadamia Shrimps
• Green kardamom - 6 numbers.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Fennugreek seeds - 1.5 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• 1 big green chili - 1 numbers.
• Macadamia - 250 grams.
• Shrimps - 800 grams.
• Cinnamon - 1 stricks.
• Tumeric - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Bay leaves - 4 piece.
• Tamarind juice - 0.5 cup.
Method:
Fry the fennugreek seeds, black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander powder, fennel seeds, chili powder, Kardamoms and Cinnamon in some oil until the smell is right. Add finely sliced onions and some salt wait a bit and add some tumeric. Now add ginger garlic paste mix. Add Shrimps and bayleaves and mix will. Now let it cook with a closed lid until the shrimps are done. Now add the macadamia(blend them with some water beforhand in a blender). Also add tamarind juice. Wait until the sauce reaches the desired consistency and check if the salt and sugar is enough if not add the desired amount.
