Ingredients used in LETTUCE WRAPS WITH CHICKEN
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Minced chicken - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Yellow bell pepper(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Lettuce wraps - 2 numbers.
• Noodles - 1/2 cup.
• Ground nuts - 1/4 cup.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger, minced chicken and saute it. To it add little salt, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, tomato ketchup and mix nicely, cook it for 2 minutes. Switch off flame and transfer into a bowl. Take a serving plate and arrange lettuce wraps along with a bowl containing chicken mixture and top it with roasted ground nuts. In the same serving plate add crushed fried noodles. Now lettuce wrap with chicken is ready to serve.
