Ingredients used in LEHSUNI PALAK KA SAAG
• Spinach - 2 bunch.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic(whole and chopped) - 18 clove.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Nutmeg powder - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Mint leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Kasuri methi- dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoons.
• Paneer(grated) - 1 cup.
• Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Boil spinach in a pan then take it out and keep it aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, nutmeg powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach and switch off the flame to saute it. 3. Then take the above mixture into a blender to make a smooth green paste. 4. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic, then let it cook on slow flame for 2 to 3 min. 5. Add kasuri methi, green paste and saute it for a minute then add salt and check the seasoning. 6. Then add fresh cream, grated paneer and mix thoroughly. 7. Now tasty lehsuni palak ka saag is ready to serve with roti.
