Ingredients used in Kobbari Pulav
• Cloves, cardamom, anise, cinnamon powdered - 1 teaspoons.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 8 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Basmathi rice - 1 cup.
• Cocnut milk - 2 cup.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Bay leaves - 2 numbers.
Method:

1.Add oil 3 tbsps to heated pan. Add Cashews, bay leaf and fry them little bit. 2. Add Onions fry them until transparent 3,. Add Green chillies and Ginger garlic paste. 4. Add Cocomut MIlk (2 cups for 1 cup rice) to the pan and let it cook for two minutes. 5. Add Salt 1 teaspoon. 6. Add washed basmathi rice into the electric rice cooker and transfer the contents of the pan into the rice cooker. 7. Turn on the rice cooker and let it come to warm. Turn of the Rice Cooker. 8 . Coconut Pulav is ready to serve.
