Ingredients used in KHEERA TAMATAR CURRY
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
• Chopped tamota - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
In a pan add some oil, when oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, and add tomato, saute them. Add water and cook for 2 minutes add cucumber pieces, put the lid and reduce the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. This curry is served with naan or chapatti or rice.

I can´t find curry leafs in the asia (viet) shops, even in the shops with indian spices. I ask for curry leafs and no one understand me. Do you know another names for that?
