Ingredients used in KHAJOOR
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Sugar powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1/2 number.
• Milk - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, semolina, salt, cardamom powder, baking soda, baking powder, ghee and mix it.
  • To it add sugar powder, egg, little milk and make a nicely like chapati dough.
  • Dust some flour and roll it using rolling pin into thick chapatti, later cut into diamond shape.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add khajoor, deep fry it on a slow flame until it changes to brown colour.
  • Transfer into a paper towel and rest it.

Now khajoor is ready to serve.
