KASHMIRI ROTI

Ingredients used in KASHMIRI ROTI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 4 tablespoon.
• Fennel seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Crushed pepper - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour, hing, salt, butter, crushed pepper, powder of fennel and cumin seeds, mix it like a shortcrust method.
  • Add milk and make it into a soft dough then let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out thin chapatis.
  • Heat a tava and cook the chapati by adding butter on both sides. Serve with pickle.
