Ingredients used in KARELA CHIPS
• Bitter gourd - 1-2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves(chopped) - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Rice flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut the bitter gourd into round slices.
  • Take a bowl and add bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder mix it lightly.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves, rice flour mix thoroughly and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bitter gourd until golden brown in colour and transfer it into paper towel.
  • Now the hot and crispy karela chips are ready.

Then sprinkle chat masala and serve it.

Wow, what is the reason you are mixing all the ingredients with your hand, I can't mix the spices, specially chilly powder with my hands, can I use spoon rather. Thanks very much for your videos.?

How did the karela turn out? I hope it's not bitter. I usually rub karela with salt and lemon juice and squeeze out the juice and wash it with water before frying. ?
