Ingredients used in KARAH PRASAD
• Ghee - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nut - 10 numbers.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Mace - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Dalia - 1 cup.
Method:

1. Heat ghee in a pan and add dalia and saute it. 2. To it add water and mix nicely so that no lumps are formed and cook it. 3. To it add cashew nut, raisins, mace and mix nicely, cook it with lid on it for 3-4 mins. 4.Remove lid and add sugar, mix nicely and cook again with lid on it for 3 mins. 5. Atlast add cardamom powder and mix it. 6. Now karah prasad is ready to serve.
