Ingredients used in KAJU BURFI
• Cashew nuts/kaju - 250 grams.
• Ground sugar - 100 grams.
• Water - 25 ml.
Method:
  • Grind cashew nuts, and sugar separately.
  • Make a syrup with sugar and water, boiling only once.
  • Add cashew nuts on low heat. Mix well.
  • Remove from heat onto a smooth surface and roll out (thin) quickly with a rolling pin.
  • At last, cut into squares/diamond shapes and serve it.
