Ingredients used in KAJU AND PISTA ROLLS
• Pista - 80 grams.
• Sugar - 140 grams.
• Kaju - 80 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:
  • In a blender, add pista and make it into a fine powder. Keep it aside.
  • In a hot pan add half of sugar and some water, make it into a one string syrup.
  • In this, add pista powder, cardamom powder, mix it well and switch off the flame, transfer this into a plate and let it cool down.
  • In the same blende, add cashew nuts and make it into a powder. Keep it aside.
  • Again hot another pan, add remaining sugar and some water, make it into a one string syrup.
  • In this, add cashew nut powder, cardamom powder, mix it well and switch off the flame, transfer this into a plate and let it cool down.
  • First Roll the pista sheet and kaju sheet.
  • Place the kaju sheet on top of pista sheet. And roll it slowly and cut them into pieces.
