Jowar and bajra are rich in iron, protein and fiber. Being comparatively dry, this roti is recommended as it will relieve you with the feeling of sickness.

Ingredients used in JOWAR BAJRE KI BAKRI
• Bajra flour (pearl millet) - 2 cups.
• Jowar flour (sorghum) - 2 cups.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • In a bowl, combine the flours (jowar& Bajra) together, add salt and a teaspoon of oil.
  • Add hot water and knead to soft dough then divide it to equal sized balls.
  • Roll out the balls of dough like rotis on the polythene sheet by using a plate.(as shown in the video).
  • Put tawa on the medium flame, fry the roti on it until done.

Serve it hot accompanied with any kind of vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry.
