Ingredients used in JOWAR BAJRE KI BAKRI
• Bajra flour (pearl millet) - 2 cups.
• Jowar flour (sorghum) - 2 cups.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • In a bowl, combine the flours (jowar& Bajra) together, add salt and a teaspoon of oil.
  • Add hot water and knead to soft dough then divide it to equal sized balls.
  • Roll out the balls of dough like rotis on the polythene sheet by using a plate.(as shown in the video).
  • Put tawa on the medium flame, fry the roti on it until done.

Serve it hot accompanied with any kind of vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry.
