You made me home-sick Sanjay. This is Called "?????" and goes well with "?????? ?????" (Mutton Curry).... for the chutney you have made, instead of Masala powder use slightly roasted green chillies, called as ???? in Maharashtra

Looks good. Where can I get 'fresh 'jowar flour in US? I think the flour found in indian stores is old and may not make such a good roti.
