Ingredients used in JANMASTAMI POHA PRASADAM
• Flattened rice - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 3/4 cup.
• Fresh coconut. - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts - 8 numbers.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Almonds - 2-3 numbers.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add slighted soaked flattened rice, grated jaggery, grated coconut.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and saute it.
  • Transfer into flattened rice bowl and add cardamom powder and mix nicely.

Now janmastami poha prasadam is ready to serve.
