Ingredients used in Indori Poha Upma
• Potato(boiled) - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Fennel seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Cashewnuts - 6-7 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Peanuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Poha - 1 cup.
• Coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - ½ bunch.
Method:
  • In a hot pan add some oil then mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cashew nuts and curry leaves and fry them. Now add sliced onions, green
  • Now add sliced onions, green chilies, salt, roasted peanuts, boiled potatoes, a pinch of sugar and soaked poha.
  • Mix it well and if needed add salt, then add freshly grated coconut and lemon juice.
  • In the last add coriander leaves and mix it well to serve hot with sev on it.
