Ingredients used in Indo Chinese Chichen Fried Rice
• Basmati rice - 2 cup.
• Salt - some to taste.
• Onion leaves, slit green chillies - some to taste.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Chilly garlic paste, green chilly sauce, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soy souce - 1 tablespoons.
• Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, etc.) - some to taste.
• Boneless chicken - 1/4 lbs.
Method:
- Soak Rice for 30 minutes before preparation. - Get some water to boil, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add rice and boil. Once completely cooked, dry the rice in a separate bowl - Cut chicken into small pieces, boil it at a medium high flame for 10-12 minutes
