Ingredients used in Bhakarwadi – Air Fryer
• Besan flour - 250 grams.
• Whole wheat flour - 150 grams.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Fennel seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper corns - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1 pinch.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut powder - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - 250 ml.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add besan flour, whole wheat flour, a pinch of hing, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, little oil and crumble all ingredients together to get a nice crispy texture and keep aside.
  • To prepare the masala: In the blender, add fennel seeds, pepper corns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, amchur powder, hing, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, a pinch of turmeric, chilli powder, desiccated coconut, sugar and salt. Make this to a fine powder.
  • Take the dough mixture and add the spice mix powder and mix well to make a stiff dough.
  • Take some dough and with help of rolling pin roll the dough. Sprinkle some spice mixture and roll again.
  • Cut the flat round dough with help of knife and air fry at 160 degrees for 7 minutes.

Sesame seeds          -       2 gm

Poppy seeds             -       3 gm

Coconut                   -       5 gm

Sugar                       -       5 gm

Water                       -       250 ml

Method:
